I was wondering what I'd done wrong there!! Thank you!

Remember though, when us brits talk about pancakes, we dont mean IHOP style pancakes, we mean what you across the pond call crepes. Yes, I will be having some, and being as I grew up across the pond, I will be embracing the inner american child in me, and having a bit of maple syrup. :) I also plan tp try some agave nectar…

Dont give up. If you need to, do take a day off. I do 3 days, day off, 2 days, gym day, day off. Your body needs a break every now and again to recover. I'm not sure if you do or not, but my top tip: Protein shake after every session. It really helped me with recovery to go back the next day.

This work out kicks my *kitten* 5 times a week. I'm about halfway through my level 2, and only just getting to the point where I dont feel like my heart is about to escape from my chest, and run as far away as possible while I'm trying to catch my breath doing the cheer squats with v pull ups. I love this work out, but I…

Bang on. You have to live life and enjoy it. Nothing in life is perfect, and neither should your diet be. Enjoy your birthday, christmas, your friends birthdays, and when you really want a chinese, have the chinese. Work hard play hard. There's a balance to everything in life, and diet is no different.

That show cracks my up every time. I love Thursday nights on E4, we get Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother in one sitcomtastic hour. I watched the one where Sheldon gets into smaller trains, and Leonard goes to a wedding with Amy today whilst having breakfast. Had me in tucks of laughter!

I always go with my HRM. I never, ever put in any estimates, I get my calories burned from there, and put it in as a custom excercise so I get as accurate a reflection as I can. I know some people frown on it, but I also include a 10 min or so period afterwards, basically, until my heart rate drops back under 100, because…

So how's everyone finding it? I had yesterday as a rest day, and hit the gym today, but tomorrow, I'm stepping up to lvl 2. Personally, I am loving it, but I really struggle with the first strength set, I find my shoulders give out mid way though the squats, and I have to drop down to my knees midway through the second set…

Seriously, if I were you, I would look at a different measurement. Weight doesn't really mean much if you're losing fat. Why don't you get some body callipers and worry more about what your fat %age is then your actual weight? I've gone from being about 19 and a half stone down to about 14.4 stone presently in a few years,…

Have you looked at the good food website? You can search for healthy meals on there, and I use it all the time. The food is incredible. Also, check out Good Foods 101 Healthy Eats and 101 Low Fat Feasts (both are on Amazon). There are some amazing and delicious recipes in there. My favorite is a cider and apple chicken…

I'm doing it for 10 days..... And based on how difficult I'm finding it, it will take me that long to be ready to step up!!

Thanks for that - I'll check those out :)

THIS!! My favorite breakfast ever. I like to call it Boobies on Muff, much to my girlfriends amusement :) When I'm feeling naughty or hungover, this with a slice of bacon is like heaven on a plate!

I use my HRM, and log based on that. My heartrate goes sky high when did this for the first time this morning, and burnt a huge amount of calories, but I know others estimate much less. If I were you, I'd get a HRM, and log based on what that tells you.

I really like UFC for Kinect, and tend to use it a couple of times a week. I did do a 30 day training schedule, but I just found I fell behind as when I got home from the gym, I didnt feel like doing it, and I also got really frustrated as my living room isn't quite big enough, and during the v-sit ups and some of the…

Ok, so I only started this today with my Girlfriend as Monday was her 30th Birthday, and she didn't want to start until today. But we're now going, so I would love to join the group. I tried to do it with 5kg weights this morning, but I think because I did it when I first got up and on an empty stomach, I just didnt have…

I tend to have a protein bar about an hour before a gym session, as they give me the protein and carb boost I need to do a 30 min run and then weights. My view is they are fuel for excercise, I would rarely just eat one as a snack - that's what fruit is for!

Celery with Peanut butter, and then some raisins along it..... Or as my Mum calls it, Ants on a Log. Yummy!!

I've been using UFC Personal Fitness Trainer on Kinect quite a lot, and will also use Dance Central. And yes, I do count them as exercise, especially UFC. Ultimately, if it gets your heart going and burning calories, it is exercise. However, I will add, I usually do this as a warm up for half an hour or so before I do some…

I'd certainly try it. I mean, if Alastair Overeem practically lives on the stuff, it can't be bad! From what I know about it, it is low fat, high protein..... So basically, the ultimate meat. I'm not so concerned about it coming from horses, so long as, along with any meat I shop for, I know it is free range and humanely…

1 scoop protein 1 tblspn Peanut Butter (I use Whole Earth) 1 banana Yummy!

I'm a porridge addict - my favorite is: 40g Rolled Oats 100 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk 200 ml Water 1 mashed banana And then I top it with a teaspoon of Maple Syrup. I'm also a big fan of putting in a chopped apple and cinnamon, and I occasionally put in blueberries. Nom nom nom.

Nom nom nom!!! I quite often do something similar using a fresh banana and whole earth peanut butter, vanilla whey and with a bit of oats in, but I've never even seen that flavor whey protein..... May have to scour the web and see if someone stocks it in the UK!!!
