Exactly the same here, wanted one of those, but have settled for the bushido smart, which is absolutely incredible!

The mighty Reading!

Hi - did you get to the bottom of this? I have a 820 and a Vivofit, and it is constantly doing this - one at the right value, and one at a completely random value. I cant get to the bottom of it!!

Useful feedback, especially based on your splits. I cant remember what mine are set at, as its been a while since I logged last, will take a look later.

Massive salad, topped with piri piri chicken breast slices. Nom. May need an iced coffee now, spicy food on a hot day in London don't combine well!

Reading here!

Good feedback. Did you upgrade to something else? And what didn't you like about the lat pull-down?
-
Aha, different rack then, but the feedback about the deal they did is still very interesting. I'll be sure to give them a call, and see what type of deal they may be prepared to do!
-
That's really interesting feedback. What else did you buy to get that deal? I'll be buying the lot, bench, bar and plates, but the rack is the bit I'm most concerned about!
-
Very useful, thank you! Have you had any drops onto the supports at all, and if so, how did they fare?

No, no, no, no, no!! Weigh EVERYTHING. Seriously. I'll give one simple example. The protein powder I use. In the same cup, which should be 25g exactly comes out as 27g, and the chocolate peanut butter flavour comes out at 33g, which is a significant delta. PB is one of the worst. A small variation in the amount you eat has…

Thanks for the tips. I agree, the concept of a re-comp is a nice one, but one which I'm far from convinced about. I saw some great traction from attempting this at first, but my body has rapidly adjusted to this, and the drops in inches around the waist have stopped, although I am noticing it in other areas. The weight…

I'm not sure I'll be having mine tonight. Just about to have some friends over, and Mrs. Robide is out tonight and tomorrow night, so I think we'll do Pancake Thursday instead!!

Drat, drat, and double drat :) Good luck to all those in - look forward to hearing about the output!

I'm a sweet potato fiend..... but a purple sweet potato I have never had. This is now my food mission. Find, and eat a purple sweet potato!

Fairly easy ride to watch the football and back, about 10 miles in total, so nothing too major, but still, a good hour out and about on the bike, which is always nice on a spring day like today!
-
Great news - Well done! I would love to take you up on the offer..... But it would be a bit of a trek from England!!

I've read killing joke and watchmen already, bot are brilliant. I'll go check out Dark Phoenix as I always loved the Phoenix storylines, as well as Sandman next then, with frank millers batman added to the wish list also ????

I'm a big fan of the protein powder from myprotein - go take a look at the stats, and see if it meets what you're looking for. Flavour wise, I think they are some of the best, and offer better value for money than a lot of the better known brands.

That video is fricking hilarious!

I plan a lot of my meals in advance as well, I enjoy doing it on Saturday morning while watching Saturday Kitchen (I LOVE cooking!). I actually use a lot of recipes from Good Food, and I'm using an increasing number of recipes from Nigel Slater, who has uncomplicated recipes made from natural, organic foods, making it…

Hi all, I'm from the mean streets of Reading, feel free to add me - the more UK friends, the better!

Hi, and thanks for the quick reply! a) So far, my weight appears to be dropping. There are some outliers at the moment, making it hard to tell (2 days of heavy fever, so lots of water lost!) so I am keeping an eye on it over the next month to ensure a consistent loss, and ensure I don't plateau. It's lower than my diet…

I cant explain it, but after an awful, stressful day at work, I grab either some Billtong or Jerkey on my way home. I love the stuff, and it seems to help me wind down.

I still enjoy semi skimmed milk in my Tea, and obviously when I treat myself to a cappuccino or a latte. For everything else, I have Almond Milk. The missus always has Soy milk, but I just don't like the taste of it, whereas almond milk is delicious, especially in a good coffee, really adds a dimension to it.

That is an awesome, awesome looking steak. Food envy.

This thread is hugely useful, so thanks to all for creating and contributing. This bit interests me especially, as I was beginning to lift prior to Christmas, and will be continuing again now that I have finished a course of meds which really didn't agree with exercise. In my case, I think I really do need to look into the…
