Didn't mean to bring an old thread back to life, but wow I needed these... Thank You All!
No worries at all re bring an old thread back to life. It's one that is hopefully useful to a lot of people. In fact, I am glad you did as I want to add some more links to it and you just reminded me to.
I've made great strides in my strength training but want to pause to assess my form before continuing to pile on the plates.
Thanks! :flowerforyou: :drinker: :flowerforyou: :drinker:0 -

I like to use BodyBuilding.com - you type in the search window the exercise you'd like to see, and you get the link to the video! Alternatively, you can go to the http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ - which is the exercise section, and click on a body part you'd like to train, and it'll come up with a list of exercise videos for you!0

I have a lot of reading to do...:) I'm a complete noob to lifting. Should I be paying more attention to particular vids over others?0

Not really, everything I've seen in here is pretty good. A lot of this stuff is personal preference. Plus, certain techniques or cues seem to resonate differently with different people. Eventually you sorta assimilate all the information and pick what works best for you.0 -

Personally, I would use Rippetoe's ones as a starting point. Some of the others go into a bit too much detail for a person new to lifting. For example, the Dave Tate's "So You Think You Can...." ones go into a bit too much detail - they are great, but probably best for someone with a bit more experience.
