So why not just earn it......do some extra cardio at least half of the calories that the donut has......then have it, enjoy it, love it, then forget it. I feel your pain on it cause its something new that hasn't touched my taste buds ever. So instead of driving yourself nuts earn it and indulge

Just give it time.......you are doing a lot maybe your not eating enough to lose weight......but 3 lbs in less than a week is more than enough. Make sure you are feeding your metabolism cause it requires food to keep going and remember eat several times a day to keep it running......good luck don't give up or get…

I only eat them back if I find myself hungry.....if ur on here for weight loss than I would think better to not eat them all back but if this is about fitness/toning/maintaining.....then I would think you should take it what your body requires. Which means eating them back. Just my thoughts good luck
