I did level 1 day 1 today and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The twenty minutes goes by fast. I do intense step aerobics MWF so I think that helped prepare me for it. I definitely worked up a sweat and I think the hardest part will be doing it everyday. I was confused on whether or not to do my step…

Thank You :happy: The only question I have is whether or not to do it everyday? I do a pretty intense step aerobics class MWF already. Should I stick to my classes and just do the Shred T TH SAT & SUN? Thanks again. I'm excited to get my butt kicked tomorrow!

I have a thyroid condition too! I was born with it and struggled all my life with it :sad: In the past I have used it as an excuse to be heavy, but NOT THIS TIME! You look great! WTG :bigsmile:

Bridesmaid in May! We are ordering our dresses the 29th of Jan and I am feeling the pressure! This is my 2nd week going hard at this whole weight loss thing. YES! I just did this, I have been desperately wanting to lose weight to fit in the stylish jeans again... so the other weekend at Macy's I went out on a limb and bought myself some $200.00 pair of Hudson jeans. I squeezed them on in the fitting room, but there is no way in hell I'd be caught wearing them with out losing…
