Changing my activity level?
I started Jan 12 and when I joined MFP I was lightly active, but now I work out AT LEAST 5 times a week. Sometimes even 2X a day. I do a lot of Zumba, step aerobics and recently I have been running 6 miles a week as well as some resistance strength training. Should I up my activity level on MFP? Thanks for any advice!

Almost 25lbs down. I've reached my first mini goal, BUT....
I don't feel like I have accomplished anything? I guess I should of posted in the "Motivation and Support" boards, but I'm not really looking for support... I guess I am just wondering if there is anyone else out there that feels the same? My SW was 220, I am 5'8" so my BMI was OBESE. I told myself when I started if only I…

Do I stick to weighing in once a week or switch it up?
Since the beginning of this year I have weighed in on Mondays, but I am wondering what everyone elses opinions are when they weigh in and why they choose to do it that way? I like doing weekly weigh ins because I feel like my weight flucuates so much that if I record before my weigh in day that it may not be a real loss…

Constant calorie counting.. Making me nutty.. Will I be coun
Okay, so first off I LOVE MFP and everyone that is extremely supportive. Without this site I wouldn't be close to 25lbs down and aware of my food quality and portions. BUT at the same time, sometimes I get tired of doing all of this, worrying about how many calories is in that or how many cups, ounces, tablespoons are in…

Not a huge success, but I RAN MY FIRST MILE TODAY!!
Although I am overweight, I am an athletic person and I have always had pretty good endurance... but running was not my forte. It was HARD, so anytime I went out to the track I struggled (mentally), but today I stuck it out and ran 1.04 miles in 10.56 seconds. Yes, I know... it's not the fastest mile, but it's great for…

Ladies- I have a question
My period is late. Yes, I know (mother of two) the first thought is pregnancy, but I don't think I could be pregnant. I guess unless you are not sexually active then you can't rule it out absolutely, but I don't see how it would be possible this cycle. Anyways, I am a month into this new lifestyle change and I have lost…

Anyone else feel like they are on a mission?
I guess it could be considered a success to be on a mission?? To really be doing this... Even though I am only 4 weeks in to this I feel competitive or super focused to really do this. NO food stands in my way, no amount of sweat and cravings, excuses, tiredness stands in my way of doing this. This time is different, I…

Small vicotry (keeps me motivated)
I started really trying to change my lifestyle on Jan 2 of this year and let me tell you the battle to always eat good, healthy, filling food has been tough for me, but it is SO paying off. Tomorrow is my official weigh in day and I have stepped on the scale for a sneak peek this morning and yesterday morning only to be…

Day 10 of Level 1 of 30DS is OVER!
Glad to switch it up from lunges and squats but I am terrified of Level 2! :noway: I don't have knee problems but the last few days my right knee has been bothering me. Anyone that has finished Level 2 or doing Level 2 that can tell me if it's harder or easier on the knees? Either way, I guess I'll find out tomorrow

LEVEL 1 DAY 1 30DS> HOW DO I LOG IT AS AN EXERCISE??
Hi ALL, I just completed my first day of 30DS. I'm excited  It wasn't that bad AT ALL. I do (40-60 minute) intense step aerobics mixed in with strength training 3 days a week already so I think that is why it wasn' t that hard for me, but it definitely had me sweating :) Felt great. The push ups were the most…

30DS Questions.. Newbie... thinking about it..
So I am interested in trying this out, and I am just wondering if anyone could tell me if they did anything else to get results? I do a pretty intense step aerobics class MWF and I really enjoy it. I would hate to stop for a month because I am in too much pain from 30DS  . I HAVE A BRIDESMAID DRESS FITTING AT THE END…

Can I REALLY do this?
Okay, so here is my story: I am 25 yrs old and I have two beautiful children. I am 5'8" and I weigh 220lbs, before I got pregnant with my first I think I was 138lbs. I was never really able to lose the weight, more or less just because I never put my mind to it> I'd try and then give up because simply it was to hard (or so…
