Ladies- I have a question

My period is late. Yes, I know (mother of two) the first thought is pregnancy, but I don't think I could be pregnant. I guess unless you are not sexually active then you can't rule it out absolutely, but I don't see how it would be possible this cycle. Anyways, I am a month into this new lifestyle change and I have lost 11lbs. I do exercise (almost) everyday (30DS). I have been eating really good and staying under my cals (1350). I know there are a number of things that can potentially delay menstruation (stress, just because, ect), but I am wondering if it could be my new diet/ exercise routine? Maybe my body is in shock, lol? I don't know what else to think. Maybe I am just over thinking this... I was on a religious 28 day cycle, but two months ago it switched up to 26 day cycle. Well thanks for reading and if anyone has experienced this due to restricting calories and or exercising i'd love to hear.

I wouldn't worry about it. There are so many different things that can affect your cycle such as a move, a traumatic event, weight loss, stress, etc. I didn't get mine throughout college except when I went home for winter and summer breaks!
I got mine super late this month, I assume because of the new diet. Definitely a shock not getting the usual crap we fill ourselves up with.0 -
Thanks for your reply. Kind of what I was thinking... I just hate not knowing.0
