I started Jan 12 and when I joined MFP I was lightly active, but now I work out AT LEAST 5 times a week. Sometimes even 2X a day. I do a lot of Zumba, step aerobics and recently I have been running 6 miles a week as well as some resistance strength training. Should I up my activity level on MFP? Thanks for any advice!

activity level is for your life *outside* of working out. If you both up your activity level and log your exercise, you'll be double counting and eating back too many calories.0
