LEVEL 1 DAY 1 30DS> HOW DO I LOG IT AS AN EXERCISE??

Hi ALL,
I just completed my first day of 30DS. I'm excited  It wasn't that bad AT ALL. I do (40-60 minute) intense step aerobics mixed in with strength training 3 days a week already so I think that is why it wasn' t that hard for me, but it definitely had me sweating :) Felt great. The push ups were the most challanging for me seeing how my upper body is super duper weak, but YAY- I started. Now the hard part is doing EVERDAY! AHHH! :noway:

MY ONLY QUESTION IS, HOW DO I LOG IT AS AN EXERCISE? I saw on a previous post that people log it as circuit training, but how accurate is that?!?!? *** I know, I know... I need to buy a HRM.

Yeah log it under circuit training. I have found mfp estimates to be low. The only real accurate way to knowing your burn is a heart rate monitor. You can get a good one for like 40 bucks.

Thanks for the response... I'll have to check out a HRM ASAP... I've heard they over estimate?
