Can I join a week late?? I'm new to myfitnesspal, and I just learned about these challenges. I'm going to participate, if you don't mind, though I doubt I can do 10lbs in a little more than 3 weeks. We'll see!

Interesting idea - logging the exercise before you do it. I like the idea of that, and also maybe for food. Then I'm planning my day and it's not as hard to figure out what to eat and do since I already did! I might try that, thanks! And thanks for the suggestions of the challenges!
