  • I am interested to find out how the splenda substitute worked out. Did it alter any flavor? Did it cause a stomache upset?
  • Not the "typical" cookie consistancy, obviously since no flour. They are a combo (depending if warm or cooled) of delicate, flakey, crunchy, chewy.
