I had this on Sunday. Honestly, I just ate very mild things like soup, crackers, yogurt, etc. I didn't really worry about calories or healthiness. Now I'm getting back on track and eating healthy again. I wouldn't worry about it until you are feeling better. :)

I'm 5'10. Current weight is 190, down from 197. My goal weight is 160. I don't really have any photos yet (not much of a change so far) but I would like to talk to other tall ladies! :)

I started 30DS on Sunday, took a rest day Monday and yesterday, and did cardio today. I am due to do the shred again tomorrow.. I really want to finish the whole thing! I need motivation though, I end up getting lazy and stopping just when my endurance gets better!
