I actually find that when you binge on random it makes you feel a little sick. I think your body could go in a shock to take in so much food when before, in the rest of the week you only ate according to plan. Does anyone else feel the nausea? I think I typed in "calories burned doing TaeBo" in Google and I got a result for about 350 calories burned for a 45 min. workout.

I am all about the Tae-Bo videos!! Even though Billy Blanks is old news, he's still putting out new ones! I just am working on the "Celebrity Fit" workout dvd, and I love it! I just picked it up at my grocery store ... for $10. I'm sure you can find it at Walmart, etc. It's a workout for 45 mins.
