  • Welcome back! :flowerforyou: To date, I have 35 lbs to go to reach my ultimate goal weight! My b-day is sept. 19th, and I would LOVE to have reached my goal by then.   • IMO every scale is different. If I weight myself at home, on my digital scale, and then go to my doctors office, it tacks on a good 5 to sometimes 10 lbs. I wouldn't get too upset, especially if you feel good and your clothes are fitting good. Wait and try again 1st thing tomorrow morning before eating. :smile:

  • I get on the scale every day! Every morning I get out of bed, go potty, strip down and get on the scale. I know this is not supposed to be a good thing, but it really works for me. If I'm down, it gets me motivated to keep going and watch what I'm eating! If I'm up, it motivates me to work harder and do my best!
  • Another idea, which I've done before as well, is if you've got some meals in mind, put them into MFP and see what the calories, fat, ect. are going to be. I get a lot of recipes from Kraft.com and they list out what the nutrition is for each serving. The majority of them are really good, and my hubby and 6 yr old son like…
  • Personally, I can't go to the store without a list. I figure out what I'm going to have each day for each meal, see what I've got and write down what I need. Call it OCD, but I also write my list so that I can follow it how the store is laid out! :laugh: Good luck!:happy:

  • I've been really hitting it hard the last 2 weeks, and have lost 4.3 lbs!!!! :happy: My confusion is when I get on the scale. My scale measures body fat % and water %. My body fat has gone down a little of 2% (WOOOO HOOOO!!) but my water has actually gone up. Is this normal?
  • Could be you just need to catch up on some sleep or relax time! Try going to bed when you feel tired one night and then see how you feel the next day, you never know, you might feel really refreashed!! Are you drinking lots of water?
