Shakeology
I have been drinking Shakeology shakes for the past couple years. This is a meal replacement shake, replacing only 1 meal a day, with over 70 vitamins and minerals. This is not a quick fix diet shake, it is a filling, healthy, energizing meal. I've always struggled with my weight, and I still do, but drinking Shakeology…

Avonex questions
I am newly diagnosed and have chose to start Avonex. Has anyone had any issues with weight gain / loss with Avonex? My doctor said the best time to do the injection is at bedtime, so that I hopefully sleep thru any flu like symptoms. Any other tricks or input that may help?!

New to MS
I've not been officially diagnosed, but all arrows point directly to MS. I'm learning a lot, and trying to stay away from google! I've learned so much already from the National MS Society website and just picked up Multiple Sclerosis for Dummies from the library. On February 23rd I was doing a walk/run on my treadmill and…

Getting off Cymbalta
I have been taking Cymbalta (30 mg) for many years and have decided, along with my doctor, to get off of this medication. He is having me take (20 mg) daily for 2 weeks, then every other day for 1 week and stop. I've taken the 20 mg for 2 days now and feel fine. As I've said, I've been taking Cymbalta for years, and have…

I've been dealing with a lot of headaches, itchy eyes and sneezing due to allergies during the past couple weeks. Torn muscle
So last week I tried to do level 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and heard a pop. Went to the doctor and he diagnosed it as a torn muscle in my lower back. I've been getting on the scale 1st thing in the morning. Crawl out of bed, go potty, undress and jump on. I've been curious and gotten on before after working out and it showed a gain. Is that normal, or am I maybe drinking too much water during my workout?
