I have been drinking Shakeology shakes for the past couple years.
This is a meal replacement shake, replacing only 1 meal a day, with over 70 vitamins and minerals. This is not a quick fix diet shake, it is a filling, healthy, energizing meal. I've always struggled with my weight, and I still do, but drinking Shakeology for breakfast every morning, along with eating good and exercise, I'm making a difference in my health!
