Curious....how many calories do you guys burn on an average day. I have a desk job, so I've listed my activity as sedetary, but wondering what everyone is burning from workouts?!?! :happy:

900-1100 a day0 -
300 to 450 but they are high intensity calories, I really don't factor in the afterburn of raised metabolism, but when you work anaerobically, you burn extra calories during recovery (3 to 5 hours usually).0

I jog for 20 minutes every morning and burn more than 200 calories. I follow that with hula hooping on the Wii for 10 minutes, but am not sure how many calories I'm burning, just know that I'm noticing a difference in my mid section. The best workout I get is from my boxing class. I take an hour boxing class twice a week and each session burns more than 800 calories!0
