So last week I tried to do level 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and heard a pop. Went to the doctor and he diagnosed it as a torn muscle in my lower back. So I was taking muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory for a few days and I'm feeling much better now! I'm really itching to get back into working out or even on the treadmill for my jogging/running routine, but not sure if I should yet or if I need to wait. Injury happened on the 4th of Feb. and I went to the doctor on the 8th.
Any suggestions?!?!

I agree with 34at35. It's great that you're so eager to get back at it, but if you end up pushing yourself too far, you'll have to sit out on exercising for even longer than you would prefer. Who knows. It might even give your muscles the rest the need to get even stronger.
Hope you feel better soon!0
