Yup, I'm down 20 lbs as of today!!!

Here's my issue though....I can feel a big difference in my clothes, but my lower abs, that nasty unwanted pouch is still there and does not seem to be leaving. What is the best exercise to do to get it the heck out of here?

Cardio is the best way to lose the fat that is over the muscles.

I have just begun going to the gym and doing the weights .. abs ... but KEEP THE CARDIO GOING! For the first 20lbs, all I did was the treadmill ...

I have had two kids so i blame the pouch that never leaves on them.

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread for any extra advise.

Cardio to burn the fat, but to tone the muscle under you could try...

incline sit ups (if your gym has an incline bench)
Planks (google it if you aren't sure what it is)
    bicycle crunches
core secrets DVDs are good too. they work the whole core areas by using a stability ball.

Thanks! The majority of my workouts are cardio with some weight training (including situps, regular & reverse). I guess I'll just keep on keepin' on and be patient!

    Thanks again! :flowerforyou:
