  • I weigh in at 448 and am 67 years old I try to eat no more then 1800-2000 calories a day due to an accident I don't get a lot of exercise but I do walk the tread mill everyday, I don't know how to figure out how many calories I should be consuming. One program said 4300 calories a day and that just don't seem right .…
