I actually struggle with the same thing. When eating cleaner, I go much less often (and sometimes hurt- but not all the time). But, when I eat junk, I have a nice, healthy looking BM 1-2x a day. It is crazy...(I eat lots of fiber and drink close to 2 gallons a day, so it isn't either of those). It is so weird.

I only wash my hair every other day (find that it is actually way prettier and easier to manage day 2! No, not greasy, I promise :). As far as the sweating goes though :/ It's a tough. Sometimes, if I don't get too bad (shorter work out, or longer but less intense), I just leave it. But, if it was a gross work out, I will…

I find myself agreeing with almost every post! Haha :) There are many reasons I don't track it. Because I like to track other things and see where I fall. Because I like sugar and would die without it. Lol Because I eat fruit and watching it go over because of that annoys me Because I got tired of it being red Because I…

This ^^ too. Love it :)

My husband, and my 6 year old boy (will ask my 2 year old to do so in a few years as well- actually, he will normally share a seat with his 4 year old sis) will both get up and offer a seat to ANY woman, whether elderly or not. Drives me batty when I see men sitting, an elderly/pregnant/mom with small children standing.…

Eat the Rueben. That is the answer. Had one at a local deli yesterday for lunch....nom!

You have AMAZING hair. Just saying :) I love long hair, and yours is so beautiful!! You look pretty awesome as well, the hair just got me first! Lol. :)

I eat what I want. I eat healthy most of the time, but really? There is this bakery in town that has my business far more than it should. Their chocolate dipped canolis?? I don't ever go more than a week without one...and sometimes there are a few in a week :D Just for an example, of course. Dang, now I want a canoli!

Until I hit my goal weight, I plan on shopping consistently at salvation army and clearance. I am kind of that kind of shopper any way (WAY more exciting to walk out of a few stores with 5 outfits having spent $30, than having spent $300.). I have found some decent jeans, and a few really cute tops for this size that will…

Pretty much this! I have been married 5, together for 8 (I know, not that long of a time, but it is when you are only 22:P). I truly am married to the GREATEST guy on the stinkin' planet. Seriously. He is my best friend, my confidant, my rock. A few other things I will add- Do NOT speak poorly of him around others. He…

I drink over a gallon a day and LOVE water. Honestly, I can't get enough of the stuff :) I grew up on it (instead of soda, juice, etc.) and I absolutely love the stuff. Never had a problem. And I know that not everyone is the same, but I find it hard to believe 8 cups of water a day could hurt someone. Oh well ;)

22 :D Although, I much prefer people guess me to be older, at least for now!

kbsmom- 26 :) I am normally so bad at this!

I know this doesn't help you too much- but I just eat them. Sweets are my thing, and I would go crazy without them. I just try to eat well and fit it into my day. Otherwise, my family probably would not want to live with me :o

I do whatever seems normal in that particular house. IF everyone is running around barefoot, well, then I will, too! And if everyone is wearing shoes, I will do that too. At home, we wear no shoes, but I always let people know I dont care either way, we just like being without shoes better :D

We (my husband and I) have an iPad (mainly his- but I steal it sometimes). We LOVE it. It is great for just about everything. He has all his management stuff on it, and I find it very easy to use the web on it. And actually- the pictures it takes are amazing and incredibly clear!

Love this! Add a mile for me :)

I do, quite often. Although, I have also been diagnosed by my loved ones with the inability to follow a recipe. If I am in the kitchen, I CANNOT follow a recipe. I HAVE to change it, even a little. Just because. I am known for my crazy "throw stuff in a bowl and see how it comes out" tactics. And they come out pretty…

posting to make it easier to find later :)

It basically had me eating eggs for 3 of my five meals. I mean, I LOVE eggs, and I do eat them at least 6x a week...but that is a LOT of eggs. lol :) (I checked off just about everything. I am not all that picky)

I weigh in most mornings. It has actually been less as I have been kind of stuck, and tired of watching it not move (not awful stuck, but took me 4 weeks to lose a lb, and then another 3 weeks to lose another...kind of like that). So, I have gotten out of the habit every morning, but once I am back on a losing streak, I…

Haha! Thanks, Clay. That is what I get for trying to post with three children asking me for three different things all at the same time! Will have to edit it later

Honestly, poor woman- but that is just disgusting.

-So I am no longer the fat sister. (I have 5 sisters and they are all seriously gorgeous). Looking at pictures at some of us together is what finally kicked my butt in gear. So when we go shopping together I don't have to pretend I am smaller than I am...:/ (even if they are awesome and fully supportive of where ever I am.…

Kinda wish this was in the US. Looks great! :)

My first date (also with my now husband- the only guy I ever dated)- we were out at Pizza Hut. With my mom...(seeing as we were a whopping 12 and 13, so neither of us could drive :)) Anyway- We order our drinks, and we are all talking (actually, my mom was awesome. Always has been- even my hubby loves her and her…

I will have to see if I can find a place near me! I don't know of one, but I am sure I can find out :)

SAHM home-educator here :) 6 (boy), 4 (girl), and 2 (boy)...for now! I honestly could not imagine working. My hubby works hard, and we live rather frugally (not intense, but we need to watch in's and out pretty carefully). We just feel it is very important for me to be home with the littles :)

Interesting to see others feel the same way. I was assuming that I would be back raring to go, even more excited to see how far I could get this year!
