Back after a long....absence; going back to work, business traveling, sending son of to college, studying for certification, and getting hooked on reality shows. Well, it's time to get healthier NO Excuses, NO distractions. AND I gained all 10lbs back- ugh!! :huh:

Yes indeed AND you don't miss your favorite foods. For me, it's about food moderation. Tracking your caloric intake daily is educational and make it easy for you to bypass some of your favorites you enjoyed. No more Hooter wings for me!!
