Question: Can you choose any day out of any given week depending on the events of that week to have a spike day? Or must it be every 7 days like clockwork?

I also swim in the summer, I do treadmill, small weights, stretching, and 30-60 second intervals of jogging on treadmill during my walking. Lunges are completely out of the question.
