Cook from scratch, meal plan, get in season and local whenever possible. Don't trust places like Whole Foods.

1200 and I do not eat my exercise calories. Most days it's hard for me to get the 1200 in so I add a tbs or so of coconut oil to my foods at least once a day.

I worked night shift and I packed my own lunch. When I did 12 hours I packed enough food for 12 hours. So when everyone else goes from eating primal/paleo to eating something with flour they do not have these symptoms? I've long suspected I was allergic to wheat since I'm allergic to grasses of many types. I ate some pizza the other night and really noticed the tummy reaction and got a headache and felt blah.

But I want to lose 2lbs a week. AND at 1200 calories it says I will lose 1.3lbs a week.

So to lose 2lbs a week I need to take in 800 calories a day and eat back my exercise calories.

I like to plan my meals for the day first thing. Then if I see I still have extra calories (because usually I'm at 1000 and I'm done) then I add in some coconut oil to my food.

Why are you only eating that. I'm doing primal and I eat a bit more variety than that. Fruit is a moderation food on primal because it contains a lot of sugar. 1/2 cup almond butter 1 can coconut milk 1 lime 1-2 serrano pepper 1-2 table spoon curry powder 1/4 cup tamari sauce 2 tbs ginger, rough chop 1 tbs garlic, rough chop Mix in blender, transfer to pan and cook on medium heat until thick. Makes about 12 servings. Eat it on meat and/or veggies.

I'm ana to avocado and always loved them. Bananas and melons also make me itch and my gums sweel a bit. I hate them. I'm allergic to tree nuts and like most of them. Sunbutter tastes like butt.
