You could count how much oil you put in the pan and then after cooking measure the remaining oil. Subtract remaining oil from original.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I don't eat seafood. I still managed to be under calories by eating fruit terryaki chicken.

It is only sexual harrassment after she has made it clear she does not want the attention.

I'm glad you posted that you are eating 1200 calories to maintian. So many people try to tell me (4'10) that to maintain my goal weight of 100lbs that I will eat 1800 calories or something. Whatever. I've weighed 100lbs before.

Wow! Those babies were eating a lot! My daughter had a few bottles of formula at 10 months old while she stayed with my mom for a weekend. She drank 16 oz in a 24/hr period.

Way to go for giving your little ones the nutrition nature intended! I breastfed my daughter for 4.5 years. I was lightly active when she was small and exclusively nursing (until 12 months) and gradually decreased my calories to 1200 to lose 1lb a week without it damaging my supply.

Well, I am the shortest and fatteset I guess. I am 4'10 and my starting weight was 205, lost 5lbs before MFP and now I'm 190 in one month.

Didn't read all responses but is that how you want your daughter treated in future relationships? Women tend to date men who remind them of their dads.

And yet we hear very little about it. :( Unfortunately we hear more about breast cancer because breasts are so sexualized. It's so trendy to have/support breast cancer. I've never seen marathons, telethons, t-shirts for colorectal cancer.

Edited after I reread your post. He needs to talk with a nutritionist.

I changed my goals to about 120 grams of protein (I think it's 45%), 50 grams of carbs (maybe 15%) and fat is the remainder. Some days I still go over on protein and some days it's less. It balances out.

Eat a table spoon of coconut oil.

I saw a pretty drawing a couple years ago like my tattoo. I knew I wanted to get it done but I wanted it more personal. I put water lillies instead of roses to symbolize rising above, purity of heart, etc. The moon is for my xhusband...his name means moon. Even though we seperated we are still very close. The cross is…

Make sure you are eating healthy fat. Healthy fat helps lower cholesterole. Eat coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, olives....not just avoid cholestrol.

I changed to primal eating and since my food doesn't contain a lot of waste I actually go every few days as opposed to every day.
