I have a question. I breaded some boneless skinless chicken breasts and cooked it in a small amount of vegatable oil. How does that impact the amount of calories and fat?

I count all of the oil i put in the pan. There isn't a good way to figure out how, much fat is absorbed when pan frying or deep frying.

You need to count the oil you put in the pan. Say you cooked 3 servings of the chicken and cooked it in 1 tablespoon of oil, I'd say there's 1 tsp of oil per serving.

thanks everyone for your help. This is helpful.
  • You could count how much oil you put in the pan and then after cooking measure the remaining oil. Subtract remaining oil from original.
