  • Thanks! I've heard a lot of great stuff about Ezekial so I will have to try it! The other breads on the market are so over processed they lose all nuturitional value and have tons of preservatives, not good whole food!
  • Frozen grapes are also great! I also really love watermelon, so refreshing right now. It is somewhat high in sugar, but so is most fruit and at least it is all natural! Air Popped popcorn is a great alternative to traditional microwave popcorn and it costs less too!
  • Thanks! At least this is a short process so I can get back on track. If I had implantation or pregnancy to worry about afterward I would be stressing out!
  • I weigh myself each morning. If I don't it is very easy for me to lose track. I know the once a week rule is what is generally accepted, but go with what feels right. Another good way to see if you are staying on track is trying on the same pair of jeans, judging by how they fit you will know how you are doing.
  • Good luck! I think that wedding dress shopping can motivate anyone! I love to share tips and support and I am always looking for some in return!
  • I live for Body Pump! Three to four times a week I am in there and it works! My friend has a Bodybugg system and she weighs 145 and usually burns around 425-450 calories per class.
