My breakfasts consist of either: 2 boiled eggs, kashi heart to heart and skim milk, steel cut oatmeal with berries, Atkins peanut butter granola bar, Syntha-6 protein shake with banana, whole grain waffle with natural peanut butter, or whole grain english muffin with ff cream cheese.
