A former skim milk LOVER who tried almond milk "for a few weeks" based on a diet my trainer gave me to kick-start my weight loss. I am now hooked. I always buy the unsweetened almond milk. Typically buy Blue Diamond brand but bought Silk this morning becasue it was on sale. Definitely prefer Blue Diamond

4 week challenge goal of 182 (8 lbs). 3/13 = Starting Weight – 190 3/20 = 182.6 3/27 = 183 4/3 = 183 4/10 = Luckily I set my goal at 8 lbs and not higher since the last couple weeks are not the best!

Yep - same thing happened to my niece when she was in high school. She was annorexic and had a perfectly healthy BMI because of her muscle mass since she was an athlete. The poor thing had major health problems because of the damage from annorexia but if you looked only at her BMI she was perfect

Up 3 pounds - like most I'm sure it's that salty delicious ham - oh yeah I had bacon this weekend too! Pretty proud that I stepped on that nasty scale this morning for a reality check. Hopefully the 3 lbs will be gone by Friday!

Love HIIT - has improved my overall health and the burn is great. My favorite I do on the treadmill but you could do any cardio 2 minute warm up 30 seconds 90-95% exertion 90 seconds 70% exertion (repeat 8 times) 2 minute cool down

YES! I went to Gap last week and got my first great looking jeans in a long time! Love them but I'm afraid I've started something because I can't wait to get my next pair.

Start with cold water enough to cover the eggs. Bring to rolling boil, cover and remove from heat. Let set 10 minutes drain and then put in a bath of ice water for a few minutes to cool.

Chocolate PB2 with a bannana or I use PB2 in my protien shakes. Love the stuff! I used to have to pick some up when I went to visit my daughter but now my local store carries the stuff - make a request at a local grocery or health food store

Your body needs healthy fats - raw (nor roasted) almonds, avocado, olive oil, etc.

^^^This If I have a weigh-in with my trainer I do wear clothes but have been known to weigh several sports bras and shirts to see what will weigh the least amount and then wear that to the gym
