And I'm Minnesota nice so I would not say anything about it but I may be passive-aggressive!

For me it works to keep them! When I went from a pants size 14 to a 10 in March I was thrilled. They also had the same pants in white but I thought if I wanted to wear white skinny jeans I would want them to be smaller so I bought a size 8. Almost returned them because I had doubts that I'd get to an 8 - EVER. Now I wear…

Hi OP - I'd like to catch up - what day are you on?
-
I loved working out with a trainer! After my initial package was done, it turned out to be too expensive. My advice to you is to show up to work hard and take advantage of every moment. I would also recommend writing notes after some sessions that you loved so you will be able to replicate what you did on our own! GOOD LUCK

My original goal was a size 10 (down from a size 14 - maybe flirting with 16). I wore a size 8 the other day and felt like giggling all day long so 8 would be GREAT

Spot reduction cannot be done - HOWEVER - as you lose weight if you want to tone up your thighs I'd recommend lots of squats and all kinds of lunges!
-
Totally agree with discussing it ahead of time - too many disappointments if left until mid-race!

My goal this year is to run a sub-30 minute 5K. I ran a 5K this weekend in 28:53 - Gotta set a new goal! Picked up 2 new pair of shorts - just grabbhed size 10 off the rack without trying them on and was confident that they would fit - AND THEY DID

My trainer would hug you for this explanation! when I started with my trainer I stopped drinking for a good month and the weight came off easier than when I do drink. I was actually thinking about abstaining completely until the end of May and see if it makes a difference

Wow - great transformation in 4 months - WTG

I am reformed! I previously thought it was about 50-50 but since January I've been paying more attention to diet and now believe it is about 80% food and 20% excersize - can't out run a fork!
-
This is great! I was signed up for one last Friday and backed out because of a nasty headcold. Sign me up for this virtual one!
-
Tell them how inspired you are by how good they look that you are going on a fruit flush diet this weekend (I almost ranted about how quick fixes never work and I have worked hard to eat well and workout but then realized it would go over her head!)
-
Congratulations - that is such a huge milestone!

At my grandpa's funeral dinner my cousin played a song my grandpa requested - On Top of Old Smokey. I was 14 at the time and thought my grandpa was HILARIOUS For me - "Spirit in the Sky" or I do like "I Did It My Way"

Kinda depends on what's sore but I have found that getting blood flow to those sore muscles help so I run slow. I also love the foam roller

made homemade Nutella this weekend - gave ALMOST all of it away as gifts. You think the commercial stuff is addicting, you should take this!

Scale was too good to me today - I don't really trust what it said but what the heck! Starting weight for 2nd challenge - 185 GW 179 4/16 - 181.6 My goal for this week is to log my food - I've been tending to log during the day but stop at my afternoon snack and dinner is "mentally logged"

We'll the size 10 were pretty baggy and the 8 looked just fine (Liz Clayborne must run big 'cuz can't…

I had problems getting enough food in (at the right times) on weekends until I started planning better to accomodate what I had planned for the days. During the week I'd always pack enough food because I knew I'd be stuck at my desk and the options of stuff that is available at work if I didn't plan ahead are BAD. The…
