For anyone that would like to keep weighing in every Wednesday and keeping this going, here's the plan for the next four weeks!

April 17
April 24
May 1
May 8

Use today's weight as your starting point and pledge to lose whatever you think you can in the next four weeks! Let's keep each other accountable! Great job in the first four! Can't wait to keep it going. :)

I pledge to lose another five pounds in the next four weeks.

Starting weight: 161.6
Goal in 4 weeks: 156.6

    Plus a goal of 3 -4 days a week of 60 minutes or more exercise (That's a big commitment with my schedule but it needs to be done!!) :happy:

    So on weigh-in Wednesday I will be reporting pounds lost and minutes exercised.

    I'm in. I did not reach my first goal, but I did lose 5.8 lbs. I can't wait to lose another 5 lbs.

    count me in. This was fun and made me remember to be assertive with the weight loss.

    4 week goal : 199 lbs.

    That was my original goal so I'm going to shoot for 5 1/2 lbs

    I'm also going to do 2 hours a week of weight training, 4 hours of cardio in total. The indoor pool at the college just reopened so I'm going to try and get a swim in every week. Will be a nice change of pace. I will make an attempt to keep my calories around 1700 and protein around 140 g.

    I would wish you all good luck, but luck is for those that need it and you all definitely got drive which is 100x better. Give it your all!

    I'm going for 6lbs, cause I like to hit 130, but I'd be happy with 5. Overall diet is going pretty good, need to get that activity level up more, as well as cardio 45minutes 5 days a week. I went for my first bike ride since blowing out my ACL this past week and did ok, so plan to add in bike rides a few times a week...if old man winter would just stay away! We have been a rollercoaster around here with the weather! Also I started to read TNRFL4W, might start that weight training program next week (if I finish the book over the weekend!)
