Hi Everyone, hope you had a great week! I did not see where to post this week's weigh in so I thought I would start the ball rolling..... my weight this morning is 197 my goal weight is 195.....getting close!
Though I would take the initiative and start off the post :) SW: 207 CW: 201.8 Only 2.8 lbs to go for my 4 week goal! So excited to be under 200 again. Then I'll have to shoot for another 10! All this hard work and watching what I eat is starting to pay off. Hope everyone else had a good week!
