Week 3 Weigh in.....

Hi Everyone, hope you had a great week! I did not see where to post this week's weigh in so I thought I would start the ball rolling..... my weight this morning is 197 my goal weight is 195.....getting close!

    Another pound bites the dust! A little bit more active this past week. Let's see, week one I backed off sugars, week two backed off refined flours and grains, including alcohol. Just had one glass of wine with a dinner all week.

    This week's goal: Get 7-8hrs sleep every night!

    well doesn't seem this challenge is going to be my best. I'm at a plataeu (i think i spelt that correct)

    Still @ 199

    At least I'm not going up but it would be nice to go down.

    I didn't change much this week either. last week was 201.8 and this week is 201.6

    Although I am very close to my original goal I'm almost at my first benchmark. then I'll aim for 189 until I hit my ultimate goal weight of 170.

    I found my old basic training documents that has some of the PT test results and apparently I was 161 and did 72 sit-ups 45 push-ups and ran 1 mile in 5:32. It will be awhile to catch up to that again haha.
