The best one I found is "Healthy Choice" not so high in sodium or calories. but high in protein and fiber and they are VERY tasty!

You didn't say anything about water. I know if I don't drink much water I have wee weight loss, if I drink at "least" 64 oz of water I see bigger weight loss. Just a thought

I will join you Stacy and I am going to go get on it now to take care of the 118 calories I went over by today. Just did 30 minutes of various activities that were 3.0 to 3.5 mets each. burned 147 calories. woohoo
