I'm in. Please add me. I too need to lose 10-15 lbs to get down to my goal weight. I've tried Atkins and WW. I like Atkins but not too motivating. I liked WW but not for $19.99 a month for online tracking.

Yes, I am doing both! I get 23 Freestyle points. You can also get fitness points. Of course you can rollover any points not used for the following day. Both apps help me. I think i will choose MyFitness Pal instead of WW since it's free. My free trial is up on 08/04.

I would try a 3 day liquid diet. You can even do the Mater Cleanse. Both will help clean out your system and get your metabolism going. I do the 3 day liquid diet once a month. Don't worry, the weight will come off. Good luck!
