Go to bed early. i used to do the same always ate about 10pm didnt matter what just felt i needed to snack. I had the same problem when i lost weight, people calling me skinny, and saying i was to skinny, i think its just there so used to seeing you a certain way. But i always say when i was bigger you didnt go around calling me fatty so what right do you have calling me skinny. Like you can't win.

Would have to agree my weight loss was helped by power walking 5 times a week for 2hrs I didn't step foot in a gym I did lower my cals for 2 months to 1000 and no alcohol. Then after that went up to 1200, I went from a 16 to 8 uk size. Stay focused and you will def be able to do this and get your confidence back. Good luck…

i have not lost 100 pounds but ive lost 42 roughly and yes this was due to cutting down my calories to 1000, and to exercise 5 times a week, this was only to give me a head start, then i went back up to 1500 after i got to goal weight.

If i know im going to have a heavy weekend or day due to celebration etc i cut back in week, only one week so enjoy, long time dead!!!!

Well you have took a great step coming back on here, so well done on doing that. Just think to the future and try to be positive, everyone here is in the same boat, most want to lose weight etc and everyone will support you!!!

When caffeine intake is reduced, the body becomes oversensitive to adenosine. In response to this oversensitiveness, blood pressure drops dramatically, causing an excess of blood in the head (though not necessarily on the brain), leading to a headache. I like doing boxing on wii, really makes ya sweat and you feel it in arms the next day!! 30mins a day is good enough!

I do had trouble with this pill, my whole mood was messed up was much more down then usual. Best to try another, i think i tried about 4 before i just gave up lol
