GERD sucks I have gotten some relief using raw apple cider vinegar with lemon honey and water mixture I just drink a cup full in the mornings.

Keep it up.................... the shin splints are just a sign of out of shape................DANG as of my experence anyway I iced them and rested every other day and keep going and they vanished after a few weeks no pain no gain.... also slow your pace and avoid down slop areas. that helped me keep going I am a neewby…

I recently Quit smoking Sept 5th ..And felling great !!!! I am willing to try although not sure how far I can run. I have been walking briskly 30 mins a day for a week now and just started throwing in a brief jog near the end. I have to have my coffee, I just add cherrios w 1/2 tbs honey and 2% milk with a piece of fruit or cup of juice. Easy and not bad tasting you can varie the cereal just check the lables you want to keep the whole grains , low fat and low sugar.. Hope this helps :smile:
