Hitting 196 on the scales, couldn't believe it! Getting called chunky on a night out by some random drunk guy. >.< all my clothes being tight and being out of breath walking up a tiny hill. Also wanting to fit into a bikini and little shorts in the summer like other girls my age.

I've lost 17 pounds and it's taken me since the start of november :)

I used to weigh every day but got quite disheartened by how the scales would go up and down from day to day and never really felt I was getting anywhere, just switched to weekly, got on this morning and felt very happy when I'd lost 4lb :)

I personally think it's a myth that eating late makes you put on weight, I asked my doctor about this and she said there's no evidence to prove that you shouldn't eat after a certain time. Your body has all night to digest the food after all! Like other posters have said it's only really a problem if it gives you heartburn…

I've gained 4lb after eating what I wanted and not exercising for the past week.! Really annoyed at myself, but it's my own fault for dragging out the christmas excuse. Back on the wagon today though!

I would say about a 5, I'll be having my christmas dinner and enjoying it but I will be keeping up with my exercise regime. I will allow myself what I like (within reason) on christmas day, then back into it on boxing day. :) no turning it into a 4 day binge fest like I used to!

I have a sandwich and just watch what i fill it with, usually I have tuna, egg, ham or chicken with some salad. :) Or I will have some toast and spread it with marmite or a thin layer of jam or philadelphia cheese.

I'm 5"9 and currently weigh 189. Initial goal weight (to get to healthy BMI) is 165, then hoping to get to around 145 :)

I gained 12lb in 6 months on implanon, had it out in june last year and still trying to shift the excess weight now. Was the worst decision I ever made! But hey I guess it just didn't work for me.

Hi newbie here. I'm 5"9 :) I'm currently 189 pounds. Initial goal weight is 168 but the lowest i've ever been is 153 and I'd love to get back to that but taking things one step at a time. I don't want to be super skinny as I think I'd lose my curves which I definitely don't want to do, just going to see how it goes :)
