actually i once tour all the ligaments in my knees cus the snow boarding guy didnt ask me what my weight was, he guessed too much and so when i fell over my skis didnt fall off and so i almost broke my legs - so uncool

yeh i had a woman in the shop grab some pants off me and tell me that shed get my size for me or they could order something larger in .. i was like urm they are my size - all cus i have boobs grrr ive worked hard to get to a size 12 (nz) lol

ooo yeh totally agree if they havent logged in for an age i do delete them though i feel really guilty until i think well they gave up on themselves first by not logging in..

lol urm mine is if they are doing similar things too me ie strength training and fitness based or i find another thing is if they write me a message :D or if they are from nz cus well not many of us are from there n it helps having people online at the same time as you!!

Well i think the biggest thing is to not let your slips last long!! I always used to try hard and exercise and eat well for like 3 weeks and then slip for one.. n that meant i was getting stuck in a rut.. I used to be an advanced combat medic in the NZ army :D loved it trying to get fit again to potentially rejoin in the territorials :D miss my weapons and the training too much..

i think for christmas i will have a day off food wise but i will try to exercise and get that in regardless of the day so hopefully it all works out.. although i am a tad worried about being home and drinking because my parents love alcohol so it will be interesting lol cant wait for a holiday though!!

yeh our classes are always kept to low numbers so that they can keep an eye on your form and you only work to your potential... if you are trying hard and they can tell they usually just keep you going rather than pushing you to hurt yourself and tell you to go faster.. well thats what ive found atm.. n when you are…

the crossfit gym i work at has some great deals on grab one etc so it actually works out to be less than most gyms.. ie les mills etc. im a poor student but i find the money to do the things i love and i find that crossfit understand that so let me do the deals etc.. n if you get a membership you get 20% off 10 card passes…

i have been doing it for 3 months and i love love love crossfit.. i think most of it depends on the coach but the coaches in Dunedin.. Grant and Speedy are amazing and i never have a bad workout and i always leave with a smile. I highly recommend the box101 class for fitness as the crossfit work outs are more strength…

lollipops of any kinda are actually a great alternative because quite often when you are craving pop you actually are just craving sugar so if you can id cut down to a lollipop and drinking heaps of water.. diet coke is actually really bad for you, the reason you can drink it without putting on weight is that your body…

Being over on protein is actually a good thing if you are doing lots of exercise because it really helps with muscle developments .. im continually over on protein but i eat very low amounts of fat :D
