muscle ups are the goal of crossfit lol .. amazingly epic!! i do crossfit on wed, fri and sat n barbel lifting on tue n thursday.. n starting to see some amazing results in the gym and on myself.. love the combo!!

some gyms arent that expensive i pay 25 a week n love it!! for as many classes as i want!! love crossfit so much especially doing heavy barbel lifting!! love having a hard day at work then lifting heavy tin!! super fun

The thing about protein is you will only need as much as you need and the rest just goes out of your system.. so if your going to the gym n ripping it up hard you are going to need alot more than if you are just sitting at home..

i use my hrm but i used to work out what i had done in the wod n go from there.. box jumps etc.. id count as calisthetics.. n id put in kb swings as they are pretty different too

im still here just like kelsey have gained heaps of muscle in the last few weeks, am heading back down now but i burn like 4200 cals a week doing exercise so inches are being lost not kgs lol you guys are doing fab by the way great work!!

Urm i would definitely recommend eating back at least some of your exercise cals, i usually try to keep within a 100 cal deficit just incase mfp overestimated ( n didnt have a hrm lol). I found if i didnt eat them back then i will be able to go hard on the exercise for a couple of weeks but then when burn out as not eating…

ok so i think proper running shoes is a must otherwise you will cause no end of problems later on, couch to five k has really helped alot of my friends who are new to running and also i try to have a small snack atleast two hours before i exercise that way i have the energy to go hard but i dont get stitch or indegestion…
