I am 5'8 and at my heaviest I was 164. I currently fluctuate between 140 and 145 and am also very fit. That sucks! I had a portable XM radio stolen once...set it down to go to the bathroom at the gym (stupid). Lessen learned though...I am attached to my Kindle Fire when I use it at the gym!! Just keep trucking!
