I would mix mine with 1tablespoon of natural peanut butter and 1/2 cup almons milk and 3/4 cup of cold water and mix in a magic bullet to get it smooth. it worked okay but i found i could get just as healthy eating the right kinds of foods, not i mix smoothies with real fruit and whey protein, or fresh veggies.

I will add you too! i did the same thing at christmas and hunting season took a lil break, ate a lil this and ate a lil that and boom I lost my get up and go. You gotta fight through it and you can do it. YOu wlll make a comeback.

there are modifications for exercises with people with back problems. some exercises you cant do. you may wanna try some core strengthening exercises. if possible light weight straight leg deadlifts or lower back extensions remember if you have pain you should stop and see a doctor.

To figure what your calorie intake should be use equation 12 cal per pound for example. I weigh 123 so 123 x 12 =1476. my calorie intake should be 1476 calories a day. you want to keep in mind your metabolism level.-Jullian Michaels
