How did you measure your body fat? invest in a caliper they are not expensive. you will measure three points on your body take that measurement three times then take an average and check the chart that came with your caliper.

if you are not strength training then I would suggest adding 1 hour 3x a week, skip a day in between. then cardio on the other days. if you still want to do cardio on your strength training days do it after you train cause the cardio depletes your muscles. pick m,w,f ot tthurs, sat for strength training, take a rest day.…

Keeping a journal of what you eat is good. You dont really think you are racking up on those calories til you see it in writing. 3500 calories= 1 pd of fat

Yep, the lower your body gets the smaller they will be, they are just fat. Some cases not so, but most people yes if you are trying to get rid of body fat. you can strength your pec muscles and it will keep them from drooping..

my goals for march - to soup up my cardio. i want to see a difference in my quad muscles and gonna eat only foods that will help me see those ab muscles. I am really disappointed today cause I am already over on sugar intake.:(

Have you tried shakeology from beachbody? It is loaded with nutrients that your body needs. The chocolate is good if you like dark chocolate and the new tropical is wonderful. there are different recipes for mixing. The only down side is it is a little pricey..
