Sunday - 2.6 miles Monday - 3.1 miles Tuesday - 2.5 miles (so far...) Total 8.2 I love how this thread is pushing me (albeit subconsciously) to actually wake up at my alarm instead of snoozing for 30 minutes. I wanna get that extra distance in where I can! Way to go everyone!!

2.6 mile walk this morning. Would've gone farther, but the sun took a lot out of me. Will be going for more punishment when it cools off this afternoon. 12.4 to go! I'm glad to see everyone on this, this is a great challenge.

Agreed. I take it all with a grain of salt. But I always eat my exercise cals because I love food, not because I think I 'earned' them. good observation and way to put it out there.

I think walking is a very underrated exercise: most people think it's not vigorous enough so they skip it, but why skip a 30 minute walk during lunch that you otherwise would have just been sitting on your butt listening to boring coworkers? Way to go everyone - keep up the burpees! I will be a cheerleader, but alas, I don't think I'm at a place in my workout routine to join the challenge. But I will do at least a burpee every day and dedicate it to this thread! :)
