Done!!! I did Sets of 20 rested for 2 then a set of 10 rested for 30 sec. and so on.. did it in about 30 min.. My thighs are burning. But I had to push through. I feel Great! I love it! Just what I needed today!

Ok, I am going to try the 150 squats. I can not add any weights due to a shoulder injury but I am going to do Regular Squats! Great Idea!
