Just simply knowing I'm taking care of myself is super motivating to me. It's so easy to let go of that as life gets more hectic, but taking care of yourself is super important to be better able to take care of everything else.

I feel more balanced throughout the day, since I'm eating cleaner and more consistently. Plus, I cut out sweets for a while, which really helped me use my calories for things packed with more nutrition.

I mostly gave up all sweets for about 5 months and it was the best thing for my mental state/relationship with sweets.
