i lost more than 60 in a bad way... most of the time i dont log my food intake, But i do log my workout in the gym including the cal burn and my strength logs if i eat more than what i'm suppose to i make it a point that i spend more time in the gym most of the time the food that i eat is not on the list ( filipino food)

dont stop now... you can do it. i never thought i'll be able to do what ive been doin. #1 join a gym ( even just a basic gym) #2 buy a sauna suit from sports authority and wear them while doing cardio at the gym #3 replace ur juices with either water or crystal light. those 3 alone will help you shed those lbs away

Hi i'm Kent i stand 5'7" used to weigh 292.5 last august 20, 2011 lost 78 lbs so far but still need to lose atleast 20 more lbs before stopping my supplements and completely depends on my work out in the gym.. my goal weight is 170 to 180 lbs

as of now am not losing w8 am flat just that clothes are getting looser but my weight is just the same

jjlive i heard about that, thats y i start doing more strenght excercise... avsingleton i am taking less than 1500 cal a day now mostly taking those protein shakes and egg beaters and small portion of meats and sometimes i cheats once a week a cheat and eat real heavy...

already using eas advantage and atkins shakes egg beaters and i do walk in treadmill ( more time before) but lately been more on machines like leg press , row , ab cruncher, seated low lat pull-in two arm , torso rotation
