wow so many nice tasty recipes !!!! It was so hard to decide ...so at the end everyone who posted recipe got -1Lbs .There are 2 recipes I will definitely try pamcuster's chicken with broccoli salad and carate's girl chicken salad - this 2 recipe get 2lbs

I done wii Zumba every day I done my squats so far and today I am off to park to play football ( socker ) I tried trampoline ...but guys - its so hard I done only 10 min and was dead I managed to have all my water - I will post my recipe tonight I will post my weight tomorrow

you can do 4 times weight exercise for 30-45 min but try something new for 30 min - did you try 30 day shred http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8 or just try to walk instead of taking car - or maybe take sponge and wash your car ...there must be something you like ;)
