I like 4, but WITHOUT THE PHOTO. I use one like number 4 with your name on the top and not on the side and without the photo. If you can't do 4 without photo, use 3.

Stick to your machine at home if you are wearing your strap or have hand pulse. I find MFP says you burn way more than you really do. That is why I invested in a Heart Rate Monitor with a chest strap, because when I am done exercising I just push one of the button and it tells me my exercise time & calories burned. I have…

I have the same polar monitor. I have never heard of that befor. When I execise I put in what the heart rate montior calculates. That is what everyone I know does. You should be able to hit the button at the end of your workout and it will display the workout out total time & calories.

I think you should broil them. I also line my cookie sheet with tin foil & put the steaks on top rack with door slightly opened!! Them come out great. We do have a grill but when we are out of gas we use the oven (broiler) My husband admitted to be last week that he likes the way my come out better in the broiler :)

I just picked up a HRM at sports auth store or u can buy it online. I bought the polar PF4 & does calulate ur calories burned doing ur exercise workout. Hope this helps :)

You have done a wonderful job on losing :) As far as the sod/salt goes you need to watch out for the hidden salt on your processed food. Anything in a box including frozen foods you need to cut down on, they have alot of salt/sod I hope this helps :) I have had some issues since I joined in May so I just came back a week…

You can do the push ups on the floor or standing. If standing you can use the wall, counter, table etc. I have a bad knee so I am doing the standing!!
