I am totally with dianacrum on this one...it's just about every weekend for me too! It's also because i'm so close to my goal weight that I've kind of gotten the mentality in my head that I don't need to work as hard, but that's not true! I need to just get myself there and stay there! :)

This isn't the most recent one of me, but it's pretty close. I don't have any recent ones that really show my body though! :) Crap...it didn't work...i'll have to try again.

Congratulations! I am getting married December 8th. I am pretty much down to where I would like to be. I started my journey close to 3 years ago. I am a few pounds shy of my goal weight and am fluctuating a bit, but I believe it's because I'm building up more muscle. I'm trying to maintain until the wedding and I keep this…

I have a lot of Jillian's DVDs, P90x, Brazil Butt Lift and a Wii. I will be getting 10 minute trainer and turbo fire soon. I need a change of pace and I've also taken up running...well couch to 5k. Hopefully, in 2 months from now, i'll be a 5k runner. :)

I'm 5'7 and right now I'm at 152. I started at 220. My goal weight is 145-146. Any less than that would make me look too small I think and i'd also lose whatever curves I have...and it's already not much...lol

Awesome job!!! Keep at it!!

A month and a half...and 19 lbs. That's amazing. Keep it up. The first bit will usually be the easiest to come off. Don't get down though. It takes time...just keep at it and you'll soon see even more of a difference. :)

That's amazing to hear! Way to go!! Keep it up! :)

Awesome! It's ok to feel that way. Like everything else, your body will get used to it. I'm not a runner myself, and I am doing a 5k in July so I started couch to C25K on Wednesday. I like how it lets you start off the way that it does. Keep up the good work. Add me as a friend if you'd like.

Thank you for the advice! I'll definitely give it a try then. Just didn't know if it was a bad thing if i didn't do all 3 days. Again, very new to running. If it were swimming...I wouldn't stress so much.

I just started the program yesterday. I wasn't too sore during the day (I work out in the mornings) and then the soreness slowly crept up. I did day 2 this morning and have a break tomorrow (but i'll be doing something just to get some sort of exercise in). I am super sore today...but it feels great. Add me as a friend if…

The best thing to do is get a heart rate monitor. It can help track calories burned and you can add it in as a new exercise for your database.
